I got into mixing when owning a music room on Paltalk about 10 years ago, and got curious how people were playing and mixing music, so eventually I acquired a software program called Traktor, which was fun to experiment with, but quite hard work. I managed to master the basics, but not a fully fledged mixer. In 2008 I met my partner DJ Graphite, who introduced me to Virtual DJ, which was a lot more user friendly, he showed me the ropes, and the rest is history as they say, and my love of music has grown more and more. I dont put myself out there as a proper DJ, as i dont use decks or CDJs etc, but think that I am pretty good at mixing and mashing, as I do love creating mashups lol. Elvin Ong (formerly known as DJ Jellybean X) is a producer/DJ hailing from Los Angeles, California.
